The field of Travel Law is a major emphasis with the firm.  Mr. Gore is an allied attorney member of ASTA (American Society of Travel Agents).  Mr. Gore is founder and chair of the Travel Law Committee of the The Florida Bar's International Law Section and Ms. Bell is Vice chair.  The firm represents numerous travel agencies and tour companies across the United States.  Corporate formations, buy/sell agreements, agent contracts, debit memos, agency relationships, due diligence and risk management are among the many aspects of representation by the Firm.  Passenger claims, both air and sea, are also handled by the attorneys.  With its branch office in London and association with the International Forum of Travel and Tourism Advocates, the Firm is capable of facilitating legal activities throughout the globe.  The attorneys also handle hospitality law, hotel negotiations and management contracts.  Mr. Gore has served as an adjunct professor at several colleges and the partners lecture in the travel law field frequently throughout the world.  Mr. Gore has also been a frequent air consumer attorney for the local ABC television affiliate.

    Ms. Bell has prosecuted travel law cases, including a "lost luggage" case in the Small Claims Court of Palm Beach County, which involved the luggage of a New York traveler making her Haaj to the holy land and the Palm Beach County Tour Operator lost her luggage twice, admitted no responsibility and refused payment until the Judge in Small Claims held him liable for the total amount of the lost luggage and contents and the use of the luggage and contents the second time as they were eventually returned.  

    Mr. Gore has written numerous articles on Travel Law and a textbook Travel Industry Law.  Recently he has written a new Layman's Guide to the Cruise Industry called Cruise Don't Lose which is available through this website.
