As a result of being very active over the years in the Administrative Law Section of the Florida Bar and maintaining membership in key organizations, GORE, BELL, & GOLDBERG interfaces with state agencies and continues to keep abreast of the case law in the Administrative Law area and the annual changes made by the Legislature to the Administrative Procedures Act.  Drucilla E. Bell serves as past Chairman of the Administrative Law Section of the Florida Bar.  With legal expertise in the "bureaucracy" after working many years in that area, the firm has the governmental contacts and knowledge to help non-bureaucrats achieve the client's goal.

When necessary in cases such as bid protests, to make a timely notice of the objection to the process, many administrative issues can be worked out with the agencies, when all of the facts of the situation are put into the search for a resolution.  Administrative Law also includes working through comprehensive bureaucratic rules at local government, both City and County.

GORE, BELL, & GOLDBERG will assist you in resolving governmental problems in whatever geographic or political area they may occur and also in those foreign regions where challenging situations may be encountered.
