Elliott D. Goldberg received his B.A. in History from Marietta College in Ohio and his J.D. from University of Miami in 1971 and was admitted to practice in both Florida and Pennsylvania that same year. Mr. Goldberg served as Assistant District Attorney for Chester County, Pennsylvania, including Trial Team Chief from 1971 to 1977. During the same period of time, he was also appointed as counsel to a number of municipal government positions, including Hearing Officer to the Phoenixville (PA) Civil Service Commission, Special Counsel to the Board of Supervisors, Douglas Township (PA) and Solicitor to the Coroner of Wayne County, Pennsylvania. He was selected to be Special Prosecutor of Wayne County, Pennsylvania, to direct the high-profile sensitive federally-funded "Farview State Hospital Grand Jury Investigation" of financial accountability for federal and local funding, supervising a staff of 20 (prosecutors, investigators and support staff) from 1976 to 1978. Upon returning to private practice, he had a number of firm associations in the Paoli (Chester County) Pennsylvania area where the firm maintains an office today. His practice in Pennsylvania involves Civil and Criminal litigation (Federal, State and Administrative) and corporate practice. He has served as an adjunct professor (Criminal Justice curriculum) at Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science, in numerous public service positions such as Freedom Valley Girl Scout Council and Advisory Board of Royal Bank of Pennsylvania (local) and has been a frequent guest on radio station WWDB's "Legal Talk" show and other regional and national talk shows. Mr. Goldberg served as Solicitor of the Phoenixville (PA) Area School District from 1983 to 1994. Before starting his fulltime Florida practice, he was also in-house Counsel to The Andorra Group, a construction , financial and real estate development corporation in Pennsylvania. After returning to Florida in 1999, he has successfully litigated several complex commercial cases in Florida Circuit Courts and administrative forums. Mr. Goldberg continues to represent many business and individual clients, both in Florida and Pennsylvania, including the manufacturing, travel, construction and mega-yacht industries. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Danco Precision, Inc. and Trustee of the Bartschi Foundation, both headquartered in Pennsylvania. He is also a Master Mason in Shekinah Lodge No. 246, F & AM, Philadelphia, PA.
